The CBHA (Community Based Housing Association) has local residents at the heart of all its activities.
We are a community-based organisation providing housing and related services to around 1,600 properties in Waltham Forest.
But our activities extend far beyond the simple provision of housing. We aim to support the community we serve through training and employment initiatives, boosting skills and offering guidance and activities that involve everyone.
