About us

At CBHA we work to high standards, bringing our residents quality homes and services. We consult our residents on the design of CBHA homes and community buildings. We rely heavily on them to tell us what kind of homes and communities that they want to live in - after all who knows better than them?

The partnership between residents, the CBHA Board and staff is central to our way of working. We have a 15-member board, including 10 residents, one of whom holds the chair position.
This structure ensures that a unified tenant voice is heard at the highest decision-making level of the organisation and that residents are intimately involved in ensuring that their neighbourhoods are great places to live.

In addition, we place major emphasis on local committees to provide platforms for a larger group of residents to address relevant issues and concerns.

We commission an independent face-to-face survey each year and use other customer feedback tools to ensure that we achieve continuous improvement in all we do. We have been awarded a Charter Mark twice for the excellence of our services.
