CBHA was established in April 1996 to continue the regeneration work of the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust (WF HAT), with plans to achieve growth both in Waltham Forest and surrounding area. CBHA is a member of the Peabody Group and owns, manages and provides services to around 1,600 properties in Waltham Forest.
The CBHA has residents at the heart of all its activities. With a tenant controlled Board and a resident Chair, the CBHA believes that residents should have a voice at every level. As a community based organisation, the CBHA has a strong focus on local partnerships and development of communities for the benefit of all our residents.
