More than bricks and mortar
With our ambitious Mission Statement “Involving Residents, Improving Lives”, the CBHA seeks to deliver whole-life services that reach way beyond the simple provision of housing. We deliver training and employment initiatives locally along with comprehensive community development initiatives, which include schemes to involve all groups from our neighbourhoods and beyond.
Around 30% of our staff are either current or former CBHA residents and so are able to relate to the services we provide from a resident’s perspective.
