The vast majority of properties owned by CBHA have been built since 1995. The remainder are ‘street’ properties that were refurbished when purchased within the last ten years. All of our properties meet or exceed the Decent Homes Standard. Our properties are all traditionally built and a maximum of four storeys high, varying in size from one-bedroom units for single people and couples, and up to six-bedroom units for large families. CBHA is one of the biggest providers of large family units in Waltham Forest with 135 units of four or more bedrooms.
