Meet members of the CBHA Board
David was Chairman of the Board of Saxon Weald Homes Ltd from 2009 to 2014.
He served as a member of the Saxon Weald Board from 2004. He is also a founding investor and advisor to SDCmaterials Inc, a technology startup company based in Phoenix, USA.
Previously David has held a variety of executive and management roles in Silicon Valley-based technology companies.
Most recently he was President of European Operations for Novellus Systems Inc, a Fortune 500 company. David has also been a governor of an independent school in West Sussex and a NED of an NHS Trust. He is also on the Board of Gallions.
Peabody Executive Director Community Investment
Joined us in 1998 and became Director in July 2006. He has worked in community regeneration, training and employment since 1991 and was a Director of a national training company from 1993 to 1997.
Prior to 1991 Stephen was a computer professional involved in satellite and telecommunications.
Peabody Executive Director Corporate Services
Joined us in March 2007 from Barclays Bank, where he held several senior posts, including Small Business Banking Director and Chief Operating Officer for the marketing and communications functions worldwide.
David has extensive experience in strategic change management and organisational development.
Malcolm has been Chief Executive of three housing associations: Genesis, Warden and, for the 10 years to 2008 until his retirement, Home Group. In 2001 he was made a distinguished member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Malcolm is now an adviser to Savills’ Housing Investment Consultancy, an adviser to Coactiva, a specialist software consultancy, a member of the HCA regulation committee adviser panel and a board member at Richmond Housing Partnership. He also undertakes mentoring, small consultancy projects and occasionally facilitates Board away days.
Malcolm joined the Peabody Board in 2009. He chairs the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and is a Gallions Board member.
Anita Parker has been a CBHA resident for over 10 years and joined the CBHA Board in March 2016.
Before becoming a resident board member, Anita was Chair of the CBHA Scrutiny Panel. She is currently a student at the University of Greenwich studying for a BSc Midwifery
Cordelia Sarbah has been a CBHA resident for 7 years and was a member of the CBHA scrutiny panel for two years. Cordelia was re-appointed to the CBHA Board in March 2016. She has worked in the Finance public sector for the last 8 years within adult social care and children’s services.
June has worked in the social housing sector for 23 years. June has been a trustee on local community projects in West Silvertown, including the Village Foundation.
June was formally the chair of Peabody's Diversity Forum and has been a resident Board member since 2009. She joined the Board of CBHA in 2010.
