Please arrive 10 minutes early if you require any running kit.
Running has many physical and mental health benefits. The aim is to help each person to reach their own personal goal: so whether that’s to try running from scratch, to train for your first 5k race, or just to walk, jog and run with other women once a week, everybody is welcome including absolute beginners.
The group will be led by qualified female volunteers and the content of each session is designed to be suitable for all fitness levels. Appropriate clothes, shoes and sports bras for running will be provided free of charge for you to keep, plus there are snacks and water for you to refuel with afterwards.
Run by A Mile in Her Shoes- a volunteer led charity who help women find their feed through running.
