PGM carries out responsive maintenance, out-of-hours emergency, gas and electrical servicing and repairs, as well as other maintenance for CBHA residents. They also have responsibility for repairs to vacant properties, ensuring they are fit for purpose and ready in time for the new resident to occupy.

Contacting PGM

For everyday repairs and maintenance issues, CBHA residents can contact PGM’s Call Centre on 0207 922 8500 (option 1). It is open Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm (residents are always offered a mutually convenient appointment for their repair). Residents may also call this number when they need to report an emergency repair out of office hours.
