Tenancy support services
How CBHA’s Tenancy Support Services team works to support residents in feeling comfortable in their home.
These services include:
- Adapting a home for residents with mobility issues
For example, installing a stair lift or hand rail, aids and adaptions.
- Gardening and decorating scheme
We have a subsidised gardening and decorating scheme for older residents.
- Moving home
Providing support to residents when they move home, including introducing them to people and places.
- Drug or alcohol programmes
Helping make sure that residents have access to drug and alcohol programmes.
- Help to access other services
We can point you in the right direction to get the support and advice you want, whether it’s from CBHA or social services.
- Sheltered housing
Independent living with extra support for residents over 60 years old (see below for more information)
To find out more about what Tenancy Support Services could offer you as a resident, please contact CBHA on 020 7922 8500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sheltered housing enables you to live completely independently, but with added support available. Residents have their own flat, complete with their own kitchen and bathroom - but with extra benefits, such as:
- Communal lounge – where you can spend time and socialise with other residents
- Coffee mornings and other activities
- Days out
These schemes are open to residents aged 60 and over. If you’re interested in sheltered housing, please contact the Tenancy Support Services team on 020 7922 8500 or email email@example.com.
