Young people
CBHA’s youth strategy aims to provide projects of interest to young people within our neighbourhoods.
All projects are developed in consultation with young people, looking at the facilities available, to ensure ownership by this group and suitability to the area e.g. a football team, a youth club or drama group.
A youth forum is included as part of the youth strategy, with youth representatives having regular meetings to speak out about issues that affect them. The youth forum, called Our Say, Our Way, has its own website which you can visit here.
The CBHA’s youth engagement team, funded by CSP (City Strategy Pathfinder), provides support and advice to young people and assists them in securing training, work experience and employment.
Support is provided from initial engagement through to employment. These services can be accessed via the CBHA Youth Clubs or by calling 020 7922 8500.
