My CBHA goes live on Website
‘MY CBHA’, the new interactive part of the website especially for residents, is now live.
Once residents have logged in, they can take advantage of all the interactive services on offer, 24-hours a day.
Logging in is simple. All residents need is their AllPay number (this can be found on rent cards). Using this number, go to the tab marked register and log-in in the panel of tabs on the left-hand side of this Home page.

Once logged in, residents can:
• View their rent account
• View their property or tenancy details
• Change their personal details
• Report repairs online
• Report other issues online
• View their reported issues and enquiries.
Head of service improvement and communications Jude Leighton said: “My CBHA makes it much easier for residents to access our services, particularly those who work during the day or those who are less able to get out.
“I think many residents will want to use it, at whatever time of day is convenient to them, to keep an eye on their rent account and check if they are staying in credit.”
They will be able to view specific information about their property account and check the information CBHA has about their date of birth, any disability, ethnicity and their telephone number.
Jude said: “My CBHA will also be useful for reporting repairs. Residents will be able to look back at a record of all the contacts and calls they have had with CBHA.
There will be some training for older people at CBHA’s sheltered schemes Doreen Capstan House and Welcome Court, where residents will be able to access the website from a PC in the common rooms. In addition, when residents are attending other IT courses, a session looking at My CBHA will be included.
A free PC and/ or internet access is available through the Home Access scheme.
