CBHA residents should look out for their 2010 Annual Report being delivered soon. The report includes details on how we have performed over the last financial year and our plans for the future.
There is also information in it on how CBHA is meeting standards set out by our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority.
These standards come under the six headings of:
• tenant involvement and empowerment
• home
• tenancy
• neighbourhood and community
• value for money
• governance and finances.
CBHA is working with residents to create local offers, a type of contract which will guarantee certain standards, under each of these headings. A focus group has already been held and we have agreed with residents the proposed priorities for our first offer which will be in place by April 2011.
