CBHA awarded Customer Service Excellence

CBHA has been Charter Mark accredited since 1997 in recognition of the quality of services we provide. The Charter Mark has now been replaced by Customer Service Excellence standard, the Government’s new customer service standard for those delivering public services.

CBHA has always worked hard to focus on the needs of our customers.Following two days of assessment by the Customer Service Excellence assessor CBHA have now been accredited with the new award. 

The assessor was extremely complimentary about the customer services that are being delivered by the CBHA and confirmed that we are comfortably meeting the new CSE standard. He even described some of our customer focused work as “solid gold”.
