Residents may have seen in the press that the government is introducing new flexible tenancies. Social landlords, such as CBHA, will be able to let their properties for up to 80% of the market rent.
CBHA wants to reassure residents that the flexible tenancies and any such changes to affordable rent levels will not affect any existing tenants.
