Families have just moved in to five new houses acquired by CBHA in Chingford.
Housing officer Randah Patty handed over the keys to the happy new residents of Larkshall Road, north Chingford, last week.
Among them were the Mohammed family. Abdullahi Mohammed said his family of seven had been living in a very small place with a tiny kitchen and toilet.
His children loved the extra space in the large family house they were now in.
The five families housed by CBHA were council nominees.
