Every CBHA resident will be asked to take part in a new customer survey. The information collected will provide valuable details to help CBHA improve its services and make sure we are treating all residents fairly.
The telephone survey, which is being carried out by Feedback Services should take only about five minutes to complete. The professional surveyors will attempt to contact residents both during the daytime and evening.
As a thank you for taking part, residents will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £50 prizes.
