CBHA's service offers to you.

Our local offers will be a type of contract between residents and CBHA, guaranteeing certain standards, as required by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).

The standards come under six headings from the TSA. They are:

Tenant involvement and empowerment
Home
Tenancy
Neighbourhood and community
Value for money
Governance and finances.

To find out what residents would like to see in these local standard offers, CBHA is holding several focus groups during July.

Resident involvement officer Matthew Weekes said: "We are calling for residents to give us their input so please let us know if you can join a one-off focus group."
