We understand that people can get into financial problems and have difficulties paying their rent. We can offer confidential advice on managing debt and help you come to an arrangement to pay off any arrears.
If you cannot pay your rent for any reason it is very important that you contact CBHA straight away. You should not ignore us if we write to you about your rent. We would always rather help you sort out the problem than let it get worse. The sooner you talk to us, the more help we can offer.
Our Tenancy Support Services team offers confidential advice and can help ensure that you are claiming housing benefit and any other benefits you are entitled to. The team can be contacted on 020 7922 8500.
