Homeowners ground rent
Depending on your lease, you may be required as a leaseholder to pay CBHA ground rent. This is an annual sum leaseholders pay to the owner of the land their property is built on. The amount you have to pay is set out in your lease and it may be changed every five or 10 years.
We will write to you each year to tell you how much you will have to pay for the year ahead. It is important that you make this payment or we may take legal action against you.
