The money we collect from rents is our main source of income. It goes to pay for the services we provide for you, so it is important that you pay your rent on time. If you cannot pay your rent you should contact us straight away. We can help you and give you advice on dealing with debt.
Our overriding aim is to help you keep your home. Eviction is always a last resort. However, if you do fall into arrears and make no attempt to clear the debt we may take legal action against you and you could lose your home.
