Gas checks

Annual gas-safety inspection

By law we must carry out a gas-safety inspection every year to make sure the gas appliances we have provided, such as the boiler, are safe.

These checks are free to tenants and take no longer than an hour. As well as keeping you safe, these checks ensure your boiler is operating efficiently, so saving you money on your heating costs.

It is essential we have access to carry out these safety checks and that you have credit for your gas supply.

We will, in extreme cases, seek a court order to gain access to undertake these essential checks. We will also recharge you for any costs we incur in taking this action.
