CBHA's responsibilities
As your landlord, CBHA has rights and responsibilities designed to ensure that we can manage our estates for the benefit of everybody who lives on them. We have a duty to maintain the property and surrounding land and to deal with repairs, to set and collect rent and service charges, and to tackle anti-social behaviour and other forms of harassment.
We have the right to gain access to your home in order to carrry out repairs, deal with pests or in an emergency. We can also repossess your home, although there are strict circumstances which govern this.
