Working from home
You must get our written permission before you can run a business from your home. We will not withhold permission unless we have good reason.
We will refuse permission if the business would cause a nuisance or annoy neighbours, or damage the property.
We may withdraw our permission at any time, but only if we have good reason. If we have a reason to withdraw permission we will let you know why.
Please note:
This information applies to tenants in social housing. If you are a keyworker or market rent tenant please check your tenancy agreement. If you are a homeowner please check your lease.
