Gardening and maintaining the grounds

We employ contractors to maintain our green assets and carry out gardening in shared areas and maintain shared grounds, such as mowing lawns, removing weeds, pruning, mulching, and pesticide treatment to protect plants, looking after plants and planting.

Each resident is responsible for maintaining any private garden of their own. However, help is available for vulnerable residents and for issues such as problems with neighbours.
