If you have any concerns about pests in or around your property, contact CBHA immediately.
If you are a tenant and have pests in your home or in shared areas, we will arrange for treatment. If you discover pests, please contact CBHA as soon as possible.
Homeowners are responsible for dealing with pests if found in their own property but should call CBHA if pests are discovered in any communal areas.
Pests may include house mice, black and brown rats, oriental and German cockroaches, house crickets, pharaoh's ants and garden ants. We will also investigate reports of other pests and arrange treatment if we are responsible.
