Everybody has the right to the safe enjoyment of their home, free from harassment and violence, and CBHA will not accept any anti-social behaviour, hate crime or domestic violence on our estates.
Our anti-social behaviour team works with police, councils and other agencies to reduce incidents of such behaviour. We will investigate any complaints, support the victim and consider taking action against any resident or their visitors guilty of offending behaviour.
Many forms of harassment are crimes. Most are a breach of the tenancy agreement and could lead to the offender losing their home.
Residents are responsible for the behaviour of everyone, including children living in or visiting their home. This includes behaviour in the neighbouring area.
