Welcome Court

CBHA owns and manages 26 flats at Welcome Court in Walthamstow, for older residents over 60 who want to live independently but with extra support on hand if required.

Social activities enjoyed by residents in the common room include the ‘Ladies who Lunch’ healthy eating events and coffee mornings. Over the summer, a fête and day trips to Margate in Kent and to Leigh-on-Sea in Essex were organised.
